Extensive Warranty
Our energy storage systems come with a 3-year warranty and an additional 7-year Long Term Support commitment with guaranteed response time. Our battery cells and packs are guaranteed for up to 5,000 cycles over 5 years.
As part of any purchase, our customers get comprehensive installation, commissioning, maintenance training and support.
We can also provide extended warranty periods of 5 or 10 years via a separate service agreement offering predictable costing.
Level 2
Operation Services
Some customers with limited operational expertise may also contract PANECO to operate and maintain their energy storage system via a long-term service contract.
Our technicians operate your energy storage system both on-site and remotely and perform all preventative and reactive maintenance during the life of the service contracts.
Operation services contracts come with guaranteed service and capacity levels over the life of the service contract.
Level 3
Energy Partnership
PANECO can provide BESS-as-a-service on a long-term contract basis.
We provide full project management for the life of the project as your asset manager. We manage grid operator connectivity, operation and maintenance, and costs and revenue optimization for the project owner.
